Ian created this track as a form of protesting against the creation of the International Day for People with Disabilities. He felt this initiative was rather patronising. The song was banned because it was claimed that Dury’s description of the physical disabilities was too offensive. It had been played at the ceremony for the opening of the 2012 Paralympic games
