Birds Attacked Anybody Who Exited

The passengers that emerged out from the aircraft first were the ones the birds targeted in their attacks. When the majority of them sank down below the surface of the water, they were fortunately left alone.

There were also some birds that flew in the direction of the plane. However, the majority of their violent behaviour was unusually directed at the door of the luggage area. Although, what exactly was there for them to attack?
