Restlessness Within the Aircraft

The people in the aircraft were growing restless by the minute, as nobody had explained to them why the airplane was tilting and drifting. Through the glass, they saw the flock of birds behaving as though they were taken from a Hitchcock film.

Jason realised it was too late when he was able to reassure the passengers that everything was under control. He was unsure of what was going on or how to settle them down.
